We were hired to oversee the acquisition and mergers of two local competitors in the Real Estate industry. Our services included:
Management Consultancy: We supported our client during the negotiations, completion, and post completion. We helped design and implement systems and processes to align the businesses and create standard operating procedures that would optimise their performance and efficiency. Post completion, we created and oversaw a strategic plan for growth, which saw a 25% increase in revenue in the first 12 months. We continue to support the leadership team with ongoing mentoring and advice.
Project Management: We led the team and oversaw the transfer of data, onboarding of clients, and recruitment and training plans for additional colleagues required as part of the scale up. We ensured that all the tasks were completed on time, within budget and with minimal disruption to the existing operations.
Interim Management: We filled the gap of a Senior Manager and filled knowledge/experience gaps within the existing leadership team at a critical time for the business. We also took charge of business development and ensured the smooth integration of the businesses. We managed the communication and collaboration between the different teams and departments, and resolved any issues or conflicts that arose during the transition. As part of our exit strategy, we assisted the leadership team with the recruitment and training of a Senior Manager, who took over the day-to-day operation.
